Arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in and setup. Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows full movement, and water is encouraged for all classes.

For mat-based classes, bring a yoga mat and towel if you have one; mat and towel rentals are available for purchase.

Grip socks are required for Xformer classes and available for purchase.

Listen to your body throughout class—modifications and breaks are always welcome!

Our Heated Sculpt classes are intentionally heated to 90–95°F to create a warm, sweat-inducing workout. Mat Pilates classes are not heated, but the room may still feel warm from residual heat. Our XFormer classes take place in a non-heated room.

Both are built on the same foundation: a sliding carriage and adjustable resistance for a low-impact, full-body workout. The difference is in the feel and the intensity. A traditional reformer is designed around precise, controlled movements and often emphasizes flexibility, alignment, and technique. The XFormer is a modernized take on the reformer that leans into strength and endurance, with more resistance, faster transitions, and longer time under tension to challenge your muscles and raise your heart rate. Both are adjustable, so whether you’re brand new or experienced, you can work at your own pace.

We do not have showers due to space limitations. However, we do have two private bathrooms available for changing or freshening up. Each bathroom is stocked with essentials such as lotion, deodorant, and dry shampoo for your convenience!

Our classes are intentionally small, so every spot matters. We kindly ask that all classes be canceled at least 12 hours before class start time to allow space for others to sign up.

Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the drop-in class rate, and no-shows will be charged the full drop-in class rate.
